National Class WinesCarmela VineyardsIdaho's winery, owned and operated by Idaho native Roger L. Jones, is gaining national recognition as a producer of fine wines. We currently hold Double Gold, Gold and Silver Medals from wine competitions throughout the country. Our current selection of wines include Chardonnay, Johannisburg Riesling, Rivers Mist, Semillon, Zen White, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet-Franc, Cabernet-Merlot, Bodacious Red Meritage and Zen Red. All of our wines are made with 100% Idaho Grapes. Our wines can be found in fine restaurants and local wine shops throughout Idaho and at farmers markets in the summer. Our tasting room in Glenns Ferry is open daily.

(A blend of our premium white wines, Chardonnay, Semillon and Riesling. Hand picked and fermented in oak barrels. Njoy this fruity, smooth buttery wine with seafood, cheese, salads, or by the glass.)

Red Wines
(A blend of our three premium red wines, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. This blend has sophisticated tannin and lots of black fruit. Njoy with red meats and sweet desserts, or by the glass.)

(This variety of grape is used in France to make the Bordeaux red wines. Oak aged, intense blackberry, with a spicy finish. Great match with spicy food.)

(A blend of four Bordeaux red wines Cabernet Franc Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Malbec. This delicate blend has sophisticated tannins and lots of black fruit.)
